Are linens and towels available in the rental property?
In all rental properties there are towels and bed linen, provided for the number of guests. Per person provided is one large and one small towel. Tea towels are available, but often not more than 2 pieces. Beach and pool towels are not provided.
When there is an intermediate cleaning?
In a 14-day stay a full clean will take place after one week and between cleaning there will be a towel and linen change.
What exactly is intermediate cleaning?
The intermediate cleaning refers mainly to the bathrooms. The rest of the house is only swept, but not completely cleaned.
If you want more than one intermediate clean?
Additional cleaning can be requested upon your arrival. We inform you about the costs involved.
Who takes care of the garden and pool during our stay?
In most cases, the owners take care of the property, garden and pool themselves.
You need one or more baby bed (s) and a high chair (s)?
The basic equipment provided in every home is a cot and a highchair. If additional beds/ high chairs are required they can be requested and the owner / property manager will charge a flat fee. Please ask for the relevant charge.
Is there internet access in the rental property?
Some properties are advertised as having Internet connection. This is often a WiFi modem (UMTS stick). If you are unsure of internet access at your selected property please contact us for confirmation prior to booking.
Is the power consumption charged separately?
In some holiday homes, electricity consumption is charged separately on the spot. The price per kWh is evident in the details of the charges.
What is the exact location / address of our property?
The land in Mallorca is divided into plots and therefore have no address (no street name or house number).
Where do we leave the key on departure?
Please leave the key exactly where you found it.
When can we enter our rental property?
In general, the arrival time is 16.00 clock. You can however leave suitcases and bags at the property from 11.00 o ‘clock. Should the house not have been previously occupied, it may be possible to arrange an early occupation time prior to arrival.
When do we have to leave our rental property?
As a rule, the departure time is planned for 10.00 o’clock. If the house is not occupied thereafter then it may be possible to arrange a late checkout.
What are the opening times of supermarkets in Mallorca?
Most supermarkets are open from Monday to Saturday 09.00-21.00 Sunday from 09.00-14.00 o’clock.

The pricing policy of the owner / property manager is given as the price per night for the actual property itself, regardless of whether the property is fully occupied or under occupied.

How do we get from the airport to the property?
Generally, we recommend for your own flexibility to rent a car, you can collect a car at the airport and leave it there on departure day as well.
Travelling by taxi is also possible, please check prices upon arrival. Furthermore, there is a shuttle bus from the airport to the main bus stop in Palma. City buses run to all areas of the island.

Please contact us by email or telephone with your requirements (bathroom on the ground floor, wheelchair access etc.) we can then recommend suitable rental properties.
Can we bring our dog?
Please inform us in the form of a written request specifying the race and the weight of the dog. We must ask the owner’s permission prior to arrival. In most cases, the owner will ask for a security deposit for possible damage. If no damage occurs then the deposit will be returned in full on the day of departure.
Is the pool exclusively for us or is it used by other families?
When renting a country house you always have the house and pool for exclusive use.
When renting a property you can use the grounds, the house and pool are for your sole use.lIf you rent a house/apartment within a complex with communal pool, the property description will explicitly point out that there is a community pool.
Can we organize a celebration at the property (wedding / birthday)?
Currently there are few such properties within our portfolio. However, if a request is made, the owners will charge an additional fee in each case for the necessary additional cleaning and gardening staff for the festivities as well as for the increased electricity and water consumption. In addition, a deposit will be charged for damages, which will either be charged or completely repaid.
